本研究之目的在探討台南縣市國民中學體育教師兼任行政工作之角色衝突現況，以自編問卷「台南縣市國民中學體育教師兼任行政工作之角色衝突研究問卷」為研究工具，來測量台南縣市62所國民中學體育教師兼任行政工作之角色衝突現況，共計發出研究問卷89份，回收有效問卷61份，有效問卷回收率為68.53%'並獲得以下之重要發現:
一、台南縣市國民中學兼任行政工作體育教師知覺到中高程度之角色衝突(平均得分為3.05)，並感受到最多之行政角色衝突。
二、女性兼任行政工作體育教師所知覺之「教學角色衝突」與「行政角色衝突J'明顯高於男性兼任行政工作體育教師。
三、未婚之兼任行政工作體育教師在角色衝突各構面及整體角色衝突之得分均高於已婚之兼任行政工作體育教師，僅在「行政角色衝突」構面未達顯著水準。
四、不同學歷之國民中學兼任行政工作體育教師，其所知覺之角色衝突並無顯著差異
五、服務於規模越大之學校，兼任行政工作體育教師所知覺之角色衝突越為明顯。六、越資淺之國民中學兼任行政工作體育教師，其所知覺之角色衝突越為明顯。

This study aimed to investigate r A questionnaire titled “TheRole Conflicts among junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position in Tainan " was distributed to 89 junior high school physical education teachers with Administrative position in Taiwan. Sixty-one (68.53%) valid questionnaires were returned. Statistical analysis of the data revealed the following findings:
l.Thecurrent condition of role conflicts among junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position in Tainan is rated “intermediate-high".
2.Female junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position have higher perception of" teaching role conflicts" and “administrativerole conflicts". 3.Unmarried junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position have higher perception of " teaching role conflicts"，“professional role conflicts" and “socialrole conflicts".
4.Junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position with different educations will not influence their perception of role conflicts.
5.Younger junior high school physical education teachers with administrative position have higher perception of" role conflicts.
