本文之目的，在於析辨《易傳》中所謂「尊卑」之義，以及陰柔屬性對於人生實踐的重要性。
第一、以「柔」為對象，爬梳形上之「柔」與形下之「柔」不同的層次意義，以及「柔」所具有的「蓄積」、「克制」、「端正」等普遍特質。第二、藉由女性之「柔」的特質呈現，提煉此特質之內在價值，掌握《易傳》中對「柔」的定位，試圖解釋所謂「天尊地卑，乾坤定矣。卑高以陳，貴賤位矣」所指涉的男尊女卑、崇剛抑柔的思想，並非對「柔」之特質的貶低與過抑。
第三、透過《易傳》中柔德的內蘊，進一步析求奠基於「柔」的行為之中所呈現的高度道德精神。

The main purpose of the article is analyzing the meaning of “Seniorand inferior" and the importance of soft property to life. First， set “softness" as the subject， searching the different level meaning of it and also “savings"，\"control" and "straight" in “Softness". Second， to refine the internal value by female showing the “softness"characteristic. Handling what “softness"means in YzZhuan， and try to explain “skyis senior and the land is inferior， the status is decided. Everything in the world gets their position naturally; position in the society does it as well". That means are superior to women and praise hardness better. Itdoesn't mean to belittle or abstract“softness" .
Third， through the softness in YzZhuan， make progress in behaving the best morality of softness.
