中國雕版印刷術產生在公元七百年左右，直至宋代，歷史上未有針對版權的保護行為。宋代所以會出現版權保護，除了與鼓勵出版的文化政策、高度發展的商品經濟、印刷造紙技術完備外，與當時版權所有者、版權保護意識的萌發，具有密不可分的關係o而這種版權保護意識的興起是受到宋代盜版行為的刺激所產生。本文針對中國版權問題成因、宋代版權保護成因、盜版行為與宋代版權保護做探討。因此，印刷術的發明為文學藝術智慧財產保護提出了挑戰，著述風格的改變應該是催發宋代版權觀念的一個重要因素。

Our national engraving printing was originally generated about 700 A.D.， there was never protection behavior applied for protection of copyright in our history until Sung. The reasons for Sung producing such a protection mechanism for copyright， in addition to encourage publishing cultural policy， high degrees of development in commodity economy， and well-advanced printing/papermaking technology， it closely connected to the germination of protection awareness for owner's copyright at that time. And such the emergence of copyright protection awareness was stimulated and created by the rampant piracy in Sung Dynasty. The article is pointed at the probe deeply into the main sakes of Chinese copyright issue and protection for copyright in Sung， as well as discussion over the relationship between piracy action and protection of copyright in Sung. As being the case， it is clearly known that creation of printing was an evident skill to challenge protection of literary and art intellectual property; the change of writing style should be an essential factor to induce the opinion of copyright protection in Sung.
