本研究旨在以倫理學的理論分析，探究大學運動校隊隊員退隊的相關問題。採半開放訪談方式，進行資料蒐集，訪談對象為國立台灣師範大學體育系之運動校隊代表4人、運動教練5人、曾任體育系室行政主管5人、及專家學者6人等共計20位;再以倫理學中目的論之效益主義、義務論之直覺主義、與正義論等三大理論做指標，就課題一、大學運動績優保送生有否參加技隊訓練之必然性?課題二、大學運動校隊退隊(開除隊籍)處分之合宜性?兩項命題進行內容分析與道往論證。訪談資料經理論分析所得結果是:課題一:認為必然者達14人(隊員3人;教練3人;主管4人;專家4人)，其論點以目的論或義務論所合要素為最多。認�非必然者有6人(隊員0人;教練2人;主管2人;專家2人)，其多持正義論之看法。課題二:贊同退曝處分者達5人(隊員12人;教練1人;主管2人;專家1人)，所持論點是以目的論或正義論島主。不贊同者有的人(隊員3人;教練4人;主管3人;專家5人)，多以義務論、正義論為其辯證之論點。

The purpose of this investigation was to study the related problems about the intercollegiate athletes withdraw from the team by theoretical analysis of ethics. Semi-structural question interview was used to collect data. Four intercollegiate athletes， five coaches， five ever been administrators， and six scholars(experts) of National Taiwan Normal University (N. T. N. U) were served as subject， in total of twenty (N=20). Data was analyzed by three theories of ethics: utilitariansim of teleological theory; intuitionism of deontological theory， and the theory of justice. Issue (theme)l. If it is inevitable (necessary) that the elite of intercollegiate athletes participate the training? Issue2. Is the discipline of athletes withdraw the team (dismiss the qualification of athletes) is Fair (appropriate)? That make content analysis and moral reasoning about these two Issues. The results of in-depth analysis and discussion of each research were as follows: 1. 14 people (3 athletes; 3 coaches ;4 administrators; 4 experts) took it for granted (think it in inevitable)， they were in favor of theleological and deontological theory. 6people (0 athletes; 1 coaches; 2 administrators; 1 experts) they were in favor of justice theory﹒ 2. 5 people (1athletes; 1 coaches; 2 administrators; 1 experts)agreed with the discipline of withdraw the team， they were in favor of teleological and justice theory. 15 people (3 athletes; 4 coaches; 3 administrators; 5 experts) were in opposite opinion (not agreeable)， they were in favor of deonotological and justice theory.
