中文摘要

政府遷台至今,國中(含初中)的體育課程標準修訂立公佈已有七次,若能系統而深入的整理,將可提供未來課程改革的具體參考依據。民國五十一年公佈的初級中學體育課程標準,屬政府遷台後首次全面修訂,有其特殊歷史意義。本研究採歷史研究法,以了解當時的時代背景、修訂過程和修訂內容。所得結果為:一、體育課程標準修訂的背景政治情勢越於穩定,軍事危機暫獲解除,經濟發展漸有起色,人們開始注重教育。但是教育資源不足,升學主義盛行,體育資源缺乏,問題叢生。二、體育課程標準修訂的過程總統府臨時行政改革委員會鑑於升學主義產生諸多弊端,做成建議素,促成此次修訂。依此,教育部相當慎重的以三種主導層級進行修訂,而體有小組的修訂委員之背景全屬北部代表。三、公佈後體育課程標之內容首先在總綱部份,分化初中與高中的教育目標,將初級中學定位於興趣試探,且將體育課的女生每週上課時數提高為二小時,並強調技術反覆練習的重要。其次,體育課程目標方面,新目標意圖將體育的功能轉化至生活層面,開始注意到運動習慣的養成與康學生活的建立,使體育課的外延性質加大,使之擴大到生活之中與生涯的歷程。再者,為自己合實際狀況,教材分必、追授。主技部份,依據性別差異與年級不同編定教材進度,使教師有更具體的參考;不合時宜或難以全面施行者,列為選授,更具教學彈性,是一大革新。實施範園,除了體育正課之外,平棒、課間操、課外活動、運動比賽、體育表演會等,其所涵蓋甚廣,是值得肯定之處。惟,成績考核雖分為運動技能、學習精神、運動道德三類,但是具體客觀的評分標準依然付之闕如,是其不足。

From the government of R.O.c.was moved to Taiwan until now, there were 7 times of revision in physical education curriculum standard of junior high schools. However, for lack of arrangement systematical, it can not offer references to follow in future. Itwas significant that the first time for government to revised the physical education curriculum standar high schools in 1962. Through interpretation of historical survery to understand the background of the time, the process of revision, and the contents of revision, the essential points are as follows: 1.the background of revision in physical education curriculum standar: Since the political situation was stable, the military crisis had solved, the economic development just had started, people emphasized the importance of education. Owing to lack of educational resources, the entrances examinations to high schools were rising, also, because of deficient in resources of physical education, many problems happened. 2. the process of revision in physical education curriculum standar: The Council of Revolution for Public Affairs advised this revision of physical education curriculum standar. Therefore, the Ministry of education took tree leading levels to revise, and the background of councilor for revising physical education curriculum standar all belonged to the north of Taiwan. 3. the contents of revision in physical education curriculum standar: First of all, there were two parts of educatiQnal goals in the framework, such as goals in junior high schools and in senior high schools. The goals in junior high schools are to kindle students' interests in sports, and the time allotment increased to two hours female students to participate in physical education each week, also, the goal emphasized on the importance of sports techniques. Secondly, the new goals intended to transfer to life level in the functions of physical education, to from students' a life-long habit of involvement in sports. Further, the teaching contens devided to reguired courses and elective subjects. With the time for morning exercise, inbetween-classes calisthenics, extra-curricular sports, sports games, sports shows, and physical education classes included. Moreover,the records established in sport skills, learning spirits, and sports moral.However, subjective grade standard was still incomplete.
