本文採用文獻分析法,用以探討教師集體效能感的概念、測量與其相關研究。首先針對教師集體效能感的涵義、概念基礎與特性等,一一加以釐清。其次,介紹國內外用以測量教師集體效能感的工具,與現今仍存在的一些測量爭議;除了回顧教師集體效能感的研究發現外,並分析教師自我效能感與教師集體效能感的關係。最後,提出未來研究的趨勢,包括:釐清教師集體效能感量化測量的爭議、釐清教師集體效能感與教師自我效能之間的關係、釐清教師集體效能感的訊息來源、探討教師集體效能感對學生學業成就的影響,以及釐清教師集體效能感在不同任務及情境的表現等。

英文摘要

The purpose of this article is to introduce the concept, measurement, and research on collective teacher efficacy. First, the definitions, conceptual foundations, and characteristics of collective teacher efficacy were explained. Then the measurement instruments of collective teacher efficacy as well as related measurement issues were explored. In addition to reviewing the empirical research findings of collective teacher efficacy, this article also analyzed the relationships between teacher self-efficacy and collective teacher efficacy. Finally, future research trends in collective teacher efficacy were discussed.
