台灣公立幼稚園教職一位難求,大多數求職者轉而關心如何取得私立幼稚園較高薪資的教職。本研究以最近五年取得目前教職的私立幼稚園老師作分析,結果發現教育程度是影響取得高薪教職最重要的因素,但是公立學校畢業並未顯著有較高機會取得高薪教職;其次「證照數量」與「有任教經驗」也有利於取得較高薪教職;此外外表談吐條件較佳的求職者(代表某部分的文化資本),也較有利於取得私幼高薪教職;上述研究結果提供了幼教師未來求職前自我規劃與成長的方向。唯社會資本難以發揮功效,因為「有介紹人幫忙」或「發動個人社會資源」並未有利於取得私幼高薪教職。

英文摘要

In Taiwan, it is difficult to attain a teaching job in public kindergartens that most job seekers focus on one thing:how to attain a teaching job with higher salary in private kindergartens. The study analyzes the teachers that have attained a teaching job in the past five years. The results show that educational level is the primary factor influencing teaching job attainment in private─high─salary kindergartens but the employee who graduated from public school doesn’t significantly have the higher opportunity to get high─salary teaching job. Meanwhile, the “certificate quantity” and “teaching experience” benefit to attain a high─salary teaching job. The employees that are nice looking and elegant styled speech(it means they have some part the higher cultural capital) have more opportunity to be high─salary teachers. The above results can provide a direction in searching a teaching job. The social capital is not a significant effect to attain a high─salary teaching job because the “searching powerful man to recommend” or “applying social resource’ is no benefit to attain a job.
