本研究之主要目的在編製一份適合中學生使用的同儕人際關係量表,以探討中學生的人際關係指標,並比較不同國高中、年級與性別中學生人際關係的差異性。
本研究以 2,179 名國中至高中學生為受試者,經由預試後以項目分析和因素分析決定人際關係量表的因素與指標,並完成量表的編製、常模建立、信效度的研究。研究結果顯示:人際關係量表是一個可以測量人際支持、解決衝突、人際認知、人際需求及人際互動等五種能力的有效穩定之測驗;不同年級中學生的同儕人際有差異,男女生的同儕人際有差異。

英文摘要

The purposes of this research are to construct the Scale of Interpersonal Relation-ships suitable for use with junior high school students, to develop an adaptive index for their IR measurements, and to compare the IRs of students with different backgrounds (junior and senior, grade, sex). From a sample of 2,179 junior and senior high school students, factors and indices for the IR Scales were determined through analysis of vari-ous items and factor. Reliability, validity, and norm of the Scales were then examined upon the scales’ completion. Results of the research show that: IR Scales are capable of effectively measuring 5 separate abilities: interpersonal cognition, interpersonal sup-port, interpersonal need, interpersonal communication, and problem solving. The aver-
age values for interpersonal cognition, interpersonal support, interpersonal need, inter-personal communication, and problem solving differ among students from different grades. Female students tend to have higher IR total scores and in individual IR scores than male students.
