中文摘要

目前業界對於LCM 光學特性檢測,主要是使用BM7 做光學特性檢測,其缺點為相當耗時、費力,因必須歷經一連串反覆與冗長的操作程序才能獲得產品光學特性檢測的數據。本文以LabVIEW 圖控軟體透過馬達運動控制卡與馬達運動介面盒的接合,撰寫馬達運動定位程式,再搭配彩色CCD Camera 與影像擷取卡,撰寫檢測LCM 光學特性之色相、色飽和度、輝度、對比、均一性、亮/暗點瑕疵等程式,來達到簡化檢測系統操作程序,並配合檢測機構的設計,來完成整合開發出應用於TFT-LCD 之LCM 光學特性檢測系統。因此本系統將可縮短人員訓練及檢測時間,並可依檢測之數據結果加以分級,再藉由統計分析,將所得資料回饋至生產線以修正機器參數,達到產能及產品質良率提升之目的。

英文摘要

The BM7 is the conventional instrument system for measuring LCM properties. However,
operating a BM7 system is time-consuming and needs complicated processes to obtain
measurement data. Consequently, in this thesis, we developed an integrated measurement
platform of TFT-LCD display module that is capable of analyzing optical properties such as hue,chromaticity, luminance, contrast ratio, uniformity, and mura in our experimental setup. The platform consists of LabVIEW, motor control card, motor interface card, CCD Camera and image
capture card, and self-developed driver control software. With the aid for developed system in this research, not only the training time of system operators but also the measurement time can be remarkably reduced. In addition, LCM can be categorized based on the measurement data. Furthermore, the system can feed the data back to modify the parameter settings of LCM production line; it can improve the yield rate of the manufacturing system.
