本文的主旨在於釐清環繞在馬克思意識形態理論的一些基本概念，重點集中在探討馬克思意識形態理論中存在的二個主妥議題，一是「基礎與上層建築J'另一是「價值」理論及構成此理論最主妥的核心:r體現J的概念。前者為﹒馬克思 早期「意識形態」理論的重妥一環，而後者則是他晚期「商品拜物教」理論不可或缺的組成部份。

This paper proposes to clarify some fundamental concepts surrounding Marx's theory of “idelolgyTheanalysis focuses on two major aspects of this theory: one is the concept of“base and superstructure"， the other the theory of “value"and its kernel， the concept of Darstellung. The former is one of the important parts of Marx's early theory of“ideology九whereas the latter constitutes the principal element of his later theory of fetishism.
