本研究旨在探討幼兒教師心理資本的組合構面,以及幼兒教師心理資本與工作表現的潛在關聯。389 名幼兒教師接受自我效能量表、狀態希望量表、樂觀量表、韌性量表以及工作表現量表的施測。蒐集所得實證資料透過共變本位結構方程模式以及成分本位結構方程模式分析的統計處理。分析結果發現幼兒教師心理資本是一個包含自我效能、希望、樂觀、韌性聚合的構念,而且幼兒教師心理資本與工作表現有顯著正向關聯。根據研究發現,本研究對未來研究提出可行建議。

英文摘要

The main purpose of this study was to reveal the preschool teachers’ composite structure of psychological capital (PsyCap), and potential association between adult preschool teachers’ PsyCap and job performance. 389 preschool teachers were assessed with self-efficacy, state hope,optimism, resilience and job performance scale. The obtained data were analyzed by covariance-based structural equation modeling and component-based structural equation modeling.The results showed that structure of preschool teachers’PsyCap was composed of self-efficacy,state hope, optimism, resilience, and there was significantly potential association between adult preschool teachers’ PsyCap and job performance. Based on the findings, suggestions for future studies are provided.
