中文摘要

本研究之目的,在於瞭解幼保系應屆畢業生的幼教專業信念,並比較不同背景變項的畢業生幼教專業信念上的差異情形。主要研究工具為研究者自編之幼教專業信念調查問卷,作為蒐集量化資料的工具,以170 位美和技術學院幼保系應屆畢業生為研究對象,並以次數分配、百分比、獨立樣本t 考撿及單因子變異數分析等統計方法加以分析。根據資料分析結果,本研究所得之研究發現與結論如下:一、整體而言,幼保系應屆畢業生具有正向積極之幼教專業信念。二、在幼保系應屆畢業生自評專業信念的各層面上,依平均數高低排列,由高至低依序為:專業成長、專業倫理、專業自主、專業認同、專業服務及專業知能。三、「年齡」、「教育背景」、及「曾參與園所實習」等對幼保系應屆畢業生的幼教專業信念均無顯著差異。最後,研究者根據本研究的結果提出若干建議,以供幼教機構及幼保系應屆畢業生,作為強化幼教專業信念之參考。

英文摘要

The purposes of this study were to investigate the situations of graduating students'professional beliefs and the differences based on their background variables. A survey questionnaire designed by the investigator served as the research instrument for this study. A sample of 170 graduating students, who enrolled in the ECCE department at the Meiho Institute of Technology, was selected for this study. Data gathered were analyzed through frequency distribution, percentage, t-test, and one-way ANOVA.The results of this study are shown as follows:1. Generally, the graduating students possess positive educational rofession beliefs.2. The overall mean value of the six profession belief areas in the graduating students’perceptions were rated as follows: professional growth, professional ethics, professional independence, professional identification, professional service and professional competence.3. Different kinds of graduating students’background,including age, educational level, and attended preschool intern have no significant difference on professional beliefs.According to the study outcomes, some concrete suggestions were brought up as references for the schools and the graduating students who enrolled in the ECCE department.
