This paper explores factors that affect service quality for residential real estate brokerage industry in Taiwan. The purposes of study is to identify the determinants of service quality, the level of service quality, and possible service quality improvement measures. Factor analysis method is used to explore the service quality. We examines the extent to which service quality influences consumers to use the firm for future transactions.
