公共設施檢討是都市計畫通盤檢討的一項重要工作,關乎著居住生活環境的品質。然而,目前公共設施過盤檢討辦法的規定過於粗略,所引用的一些標準和數據也與現實有一段距離,故難以從計畫的根源來改善都市生活空間的品質。本文建立了地理資訊系統的空間分析技術基礎理論,針對不悶的資料取得條件,提出「網格法」和「簡捷法」兩種檢討的方法,並分別以實例做說明,以闡述應用此一新技術的可能與展望。吾人並期望能據以進一步強化與增修過盤檢討的項目、指標和方法,使公共設施之檢討更加合理。
Publicfacility evaluation is one of essential tasks in urban planning and overall reviews, which will affect the living quality a lot. However, the current regulations and standards for public facility evaluation are too loose to derive sufficient information for planners to improve current plans under reviewing. This article reviews and establishes theories about spatial analysis techniques in geographical information systems. Furthermore, according to different data sets,this article proposes two evaluation methods, called the grid method and the quick method for public facility evaluation. Two cases are also presented to explain how methods work and possible improvements in the future. Itis also hoped that, according to the experiences of this 記search,the current regulations, standards, and methods can be strengthened and improved.
