本文首先介紹認知負荷理論,其次將焦點集中在九年一貫課程所衍生的問題,並以認知負荷觀點加以詮釋、批判,希冀能藉此對九年一貫課程有新的省思與啟發。最後,提出減輕九年一貫課程認知負荷的實踐途徑,期望能以此改善我國當前的教育困境。

英文摘要

The theory of cognitive load is introduced initially. Then the author tries to reinterpret and criticize those problems produced from grade 1-9 curriculum in order to give brand-new reflections. Finally, it is concluded with practical methods to release cognitive load of grade 1-9 curriculum to improve educational difficulties in Taiwan.
