台灣由於過度開發山坡地的結果,導致上游集水區不透水面積增加及地表逕流量急速增加,然為使開發後對中下游地區之傷害減至最低,故設置滯洪設施藉以有效降低洪峰時流量與延遲洪峰到達時間。本研究利用Visual Basic程式語言建構視窗化,以倒V堰型出流口,配合三角形入流歷線作用下,進行滯洪池條件演算,並挑選已設置之現地案例,代入本視窗化設計軟體進行演算比較討論。研究結果得知由視窗化軟體演算後,可獲得滯洪池中目關設計條件等數據並主現於表草中,可使滯洪池設計更為便捷。
Because of the fact that Taiwan's hillsides have been over developed, impervious area in the upper part of the watershed has increased and the surface runoff has increased rapidly. Therefore, In order to reduce the damage to a minimum extent for these over exploited areas, the detention facilities have to be established, which will reduce the peak flow of and delay the peak time. The research develops a program in Visual Basic windows-based for detention pond designing, which uses an inverted V-notch as the weir﹒outlet and a triangular inflow hydro graph as the inflow hydro graph. Besides, several case studies have been carried out through the designed windows-based program compared and discussed. After numerical computations, designed data as well as the outlet shape of a detention pond will show up in the reading table. The program makes designing work for detention ponds much easier.
