本文在於探討應用於水冷式散熱泵浦之動壓軸承其參數設計與軸承性能模擬分析。該流體動壓軸承係以微泵浦特性需求進行設計,採單一軸承形式,具備雙道人字型動壓溝紋形貌。在設計分析過程中,藉由找出所設計形貌的溝寬、溝深、角度、間隙等幾何參數變化對應之性能關係曲線,探討各參數調整趨勢結果,以便於實現所設計軸承於微泵載具中。

Bearing parameters design and performance analysis of herringbone grooved
journal bearing (HGJB) for water-cooling micropump application is investigated in this paper. The fluid dynamic bearing with dual herringbone grooves is designed to fit the bearing requirements of the water-cooling micropump. In this study, several bearing geometry parameter adjustment, which includes groove width, depth, angle, radial clearance and others, are taking into consideration and performing computational fluid dynamic analysis computation to get corresponding performance curves variation trends. In the conclusion, a proper bearing design parameter set is obtained for applying to the prototype manufacturing in the prescribed application.
