在現今眾多的高科技產品中,無論是數位相機、掃描機、CD-ROM、DVD-ROM等,微型步進馬達都被視為重要的零組件之ㄧ,目前也已經有許多家公司投入這類產業的設計開發。而這微型步進馬達運轉時帶來了動力也帶來了振動,主要的原因是微型機件並沒有較有效的方法來消除振動問題。本研究主要以數位相機鏡頭系統作為分析對象,針對動力來源(微型步進馬達)與鏡頭本體機構所產生的振動問題來做分析。研究中以有限元素與實驗分析其振動問題,從分析中找出對策並有效降低為馬達振動問題。

英文摘要

Micro stepper motor is one of the most important parts on many nowadays
high-tech products, such as digital camera, scanner, CD-ROM and DVD-ROM etc. Many companies are involving design and development of the industry as well. The operation of micro motor provides not only power but also causes vibration and noise. In this study, the digital camera lens structure is considered. How to cut down the vibration of a micro stepping motor is the aim of this article. For finite element analysis,
the ANSYS software is employed. Both finite element and experimental analyses are used to study the vibration problem. It is clear that the vibration of micro motor can be reduced.
