安全性是高壓容器設計製造的前提,因此耐內壓品質分析是高壓鋼瓶的重要課題。本文以圓筒型鈦合金高壓鋼瓶為研究對象,利用有限元素模擬技術來分析鋼瓶充氣承受內壓後的變化,亦即分析鋼瓶厚度、鋼瓶高度、鋼瓶外徑及鋼瓶材料等鋼瓶結構設計參數對鋼瓶耐內壓的影響,並預測鋼瓶弱化或破壞位置,再以田口品質工程探討鈦合金高壓鋼瓶結構之最佳化設計。
Safety is the prime consideration in the design and manufacture of high pressure containers. Therefore, quality analysis of container strength
in withstanding internal pressurization is a vital issue. This work has
investigated cylindrical high pressure containers. The FE method was
applied to analyze the effect of thickness, height, outer diameter and
workpiece material on the container strength in withstanding internal
pressurization. Weakening spots and fractures were predicted. The
Taguchi method was further applied to evaluate the optimum design of the
structure of high pressure containers.
