本文說明一個 10 kW 等級硬切換式高功率直流對直流升壓轉換器的研製經驗。文中探討硬切式直流對直流升壓轉換器的最大可能操作效率與能量損失分佈,在此轉換器內包含抑制開關元件於切換時所造成暫態干擾的緩衝電路,且在輸出端裝置L-C濾波電路,以穩定輸出直流電壓。本文中探討如何選定轉換器中各元件規格,使得在大功率操作情況下工作仍有良好的系統轉換效率。本文最後進行高功率升壓型轉換器系統硬體之實現,並使用紅外線熱影像分析儀判別轉換器中電路元件的損失。經由實測結果得知,本文研製的轉換器在10 kW輸出滿載的轉換效率可超過 95%。

英文摘要

This paper proposes the design and implementation of a 10 kW hard-switching dc/dc booster converter. The maximum operating ef-
ficiency and power losses allocation of circuit elements used in the
converter are also explored. Switching transients in the boost converter are also considered and reduced by using a snubber circuit. An L-C filter is used at the output terminal of the converter to achieve stable dc output voltage. In order to obtain high conversion efficiency in a high power operating situation, this paper discuses the specifications selection of circuit elements used in the converter. Finally, a 10 kW hardware prototype is implemented. Use of an infrared thermal imagine analyzer identifies energy losses of circuit elements in the converter. Experimental results show that the conversion efficiency can reach above 95% at full power output.
