背景:近年來醫檢師對於臨床的早期診斷及研究貢獻良多,這幾年醫學技術進步很大,對於外離島醫檢師工作壓力也有影響,本研究目的是協助外離島醫院主管了解外離島醫檢師壓力來源。方法:本研究主要目的為瞭解台灣地區外離島醫院醫檢師壓力源的種類、壓力之調適行為、舒解壓力方法及對象進行研究調查。針對台灣地區外離島醫院實驗室醫檢師,包括5家醫院的醫檢師以醫院為單位實施結構不記名問卷調查,主要目的為瞭解醫檢師壓力源的種類、壓力之調適行為、以及改善壓力之措施。結果:經分析,在工作壓力源調查部份,同仁主要壓力源來自於每日常規工作量大無法準備認證(45%)、其次薪資與工作量不成比例(42%)、缺乏認證相關之訓練(36%)和工
作場所狹窄(36%)。工作遭遇壓力時以找主管出面解決(27.3%)所佔的比例最高,其次心理諮商輔導人員(24.2%),及公會(18.2%)。結論:研究結果希望能提供單位主管及醫院行政主管更加重視醫檢人員的心理問題之發展,以及作為壓力源輔導之依據,應包括醫檢師的合理工作量、人力運用的準則、工作安排的合理化等,壓力源對醫療品質的影響,值得再分析與研究。

英文摘要

Background: Studies of medical technology are important in clinical approaching for a precise or early diagnosis. Medical technologists play the essential roles in this field. The main purpose of this study was to provide the reference resources of the pressure of medical technologists
as the basis of guidance and assistance to the supervisors of the department. Methods: This study was focused on three stress issues of medical technologists of subsidiary islands, including the source of pressure, the self-regulation of stress and the attitude to face with the pressure. We used a structural anonymous questionnaire given to the medical technologists of five hospitals of off-shore islands of Taiwan. Each issue was then divided into several related questions. Results: In terms of the source of pressure, the major pressure came from the working
loading and laboratory accreditation (45%), followed with the unbalance of salary and working loading (42%), lack of training of laboratory accreditation (36%) and the limited working area (36%). In terms of self-regulation of pressure, most of the staff would seek assist of their supervisors (27.3%), followed with talking with a guidance counselor (24.2%) and a labor union (18.2%). Conclusion: Pressure could be an improvement for work, but also may disrupted it. Based on this survey, only limited ratio of staff will talk with the director of the department and discuss the problems they encountered. This might be reflected that some problems were not thoughtful to the management level and some problem might be under-estimated by the coordinators. The security of medical laboratories requires diligent management, including annual plans of re-education for staff and periodic spot testing, and a practical system of rewards and punishment in order to promote the quality of laboratory security.
