在本文中利用 XRD、XPS 以及 SEM 對於鈦基上所塗佈之 IrO2-Ta2O5 塗層進行了化學組成與微結構的分析鑑定,其於海水中的電解行為亦透過循環伏安法進行研究,同時討論塗層中 IrO2 之含量對於塗層微結構與及使用壽命的影響。經實驗結果發現,塗層成份中銥莫耳比為 70%時活性位置最多且使用壽命最長。除此之外,以最適當配方依商用尺寸設計的輔助陽極,使用於冷凝器陰極防蝕系統中,經過一年期的使用,該電極展現良好的性能,具有取代傳統鈦鍍鉑電極的潛力。
Chemical compositions and microstructures of IrO2-Ta2O5 coated titanium electrodes were characterized by XRD, XPS and SEM, and their lectrolysis behavior in sea water was studied using cyclic voltammetry. The effect of IrO2 content on the microstructure and service life of the IrO2-Ta2O5/Ti oxide electrode was discussed as well. It was found that the voltammetric charge and service life showed maximum values at a 70 mol% of Ir. In addition, auxiliary anodes complying with commercial dimensions for applications in the cathodic protection systems of condensers were fabricated with optimal parameters. The auxiliary anodes showed excellent
performance during a one-year service test and have the potential to replace conventional platinum coated titanium electrodes.
