中文摘要

電阻值與滲透性為混凝土耐久性之重要評估指標。本研究係探討電阻值與氯離子電滲量對高性能混凝土抗壓強度之影響。研究變數為水膠比(0.26、0.32、0.38)、漿量(1.1、1.3、1.5)及齡期(3、7、14、28、56、91、120 天),配合抗壓強度、電阻與氯離子電滲試驗、電子顯微鏡試驗進行探討。研究結果顯示,在低水膠比情形下,水化產物隨齡期增加填充於漿體孔隙中,使高性能混凝土結構變為緻密,而具有較高的電阻值與較低的氯離子電滲量。又高性能混凝土之電阻值與抗壓強度兩者間有良好的關係性,以電阻值推估高性能混凝土之抗壓強度,其誤差值界在± 25%範圍內。

英文摘要

The electrical resistance and permeability is an importance evaluation index on the durability of concrete. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of electrical resistance and the rapid chloride ion penetration charge on the compressive strength of high performance concrete, and the relationship between electrical resistance and compressive strength. The parameters are water-binder ratio (0.26, 0.32 and 0.38), paste amount (1.1, 1.3 and 1.5)and ages (3, 7, 14, 28, 56, 91 and 120 days). The compressive strength test, electrical receptivity and
rapid chloride ion penetration test, SEM were applied to analyze it. From the results, it is found that the less of the water-binder ratio of high performance concrete will increase hydrates and electrical resistivity, and lower the penetration charge of chloride ions. The relationship between electrical resistance and compressive strength is good, and predict the compressive strength by electrical resistance within ± 25% error.
