本研究嘗試以鐵粉為軟體,利用無電鍍的方法,在鐵粉的表面上析鍍鎳金屬層,作為導電塗料之填充劑使用,實驗結果指出,前處理液的施用可使無電鍍鎳能夠均勻的析鍍在鐵粉表面上,透過控制V/W(鐵液體責(mL)/粉末重量(g)),可決定無電鍍鎳層在粉末上的析鍍量。採用此鐵鎳粉塗膜之比電阻值降到2.5Ω/cm2。
Electroless nickel on iron power is employed to produce the Fe-Ni powder as the filler material for conductive paint. The experimental results showed that power cleaning pretreatment as well as the V/W (ratio between solution volume and powder weight) were important factors in affecting the uniformity and Ni content in the deposited powders. The sheet resistance of conductive paining employing the Fe-Ni powders can be lowered to 2.5Ω/cm2.
