本研究探討兩種鎳基超合金(包括Inconel713(In-713)與MAR-M- 004(MM4))在溫度900~1100℃空氣的氧化行為。研究結果顯示,兩種鎳基超合金的氧化動力學皆遵守拋物線型定律,其氧化速率皆隨溫度之上升而加快。氧化後兩種合金皆生成極薄的氧化物,且因溫度不同而有差異;於900℃與1000℃時,主要為Cr?O?及Al?O?;而在1100℃時,除Cr?O?及Al?O?外,還有NiCr?O?與NiAl?O?生成。
The oxidation behavior of two Ni-base superalloys (Inconel 713 (In-713) and MAR-M-004 (MM4)) was studied over the temperature range 900~1100℃ in dry air. The results indicated that the oxidation kinetics of the two alloys followed the parabolic rate law at all temperatures, and the oxidation rate constants increased with increasing temperature. The scales formed on both alloys were similar and temperature-dependent, consisting mostly of Cr?O? and Al?O? at T?1000℃, while NiCr?O? and NiAl?O? were also detected at 1100℃.
