本文主要在論述教育部試辦教師專業發展評鑑計畫理念,闡明試辦計畫的內容特色,其目的讓教師先行瞭解教師評鑑之相關內涵,並解決教師在實施教師專業評鑑時可能有的恐懼、疑慮、抗拒或保守的心態,並使教師專業發展評鑑工作能順利推動,希望提出教師專業發展評鑑的因應對策,俾有效提升關心教師專業發展評鑑相關人員的專業發展活動品質,並使教師專業發展評鑑工作能順利推動。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to analyze the idea of the evaluation program for Teachers’ Professional Development executed by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan. This study offers those who participate in the evaluation a demonstration to cope with the uncertainty which usually comes with peer review. Being familiar with the strategies and benefits, teachers in Taiwan will be more welcome to evaluation methods of Teachers’ Professional Development.
