本研究初步分析緣分信念與心理幸福感這兩個聚合構念的測量模式,以及兩者之間的關係。研究者嘗試透過形成性測量模式的分析來界定緣分信念與心理幸福感的聚合構念屬性,然後將緣分信念聚合構念置放在分析模式的外因變項位置(聚合變項為因),心理幸福感聚合構念置放在分析模式的內因變項位置(聚合變項為果),透過結構方程模式來分析緣分信念與心理幸福感的關係。本研究以1300位國小教師為分析樣本,透過共變本位的反映性測量模式,與成分本位的聚合構念潛在變項關聯模式來進行統計分析。初步分析結果顯示,緣分信念與心理幸福感尚且可以聚合構念來進行概念操作化,並在測量基礎上呈現緣分信念與心理幸福感之間的顯著正向關聯。在這些初步分析結果基礎上,本研究針對未來研究提出相關省思與建議。

英文摘要

This research preliminary explored the formative measurement model of Yuarn-Feng beliefs and psychological well-being, and relationships between Yuarn-Feng beliefs and psychological well-being. We attempted to identify construct characteristic of Yuarn-Feng beliefs and psychological well-being as aggregate construct, using formative measurement model to analysis Yuarn-Feng beliefs and psychological well-being. Then we tried to examine relationships between Yuarn-Feng beliefs and psychological well-being, analyzing model with Yuarn-Feng beliefs aggregate construct in exogenous position(aggregate construct as cause) and psychological well-being aggregate construct in endogenous position(aggregate construct as effect). We collected data from 1300 elementary school teacher, and analyzed aggregate constructs with structural equation modeling (SEM). Reflective scaling was examined at item level for unidimensionality by covariance-based SEM. Formative measuring was examined at dimension level by components-based SEM. Preliminary analysis results demonstrated that Yuarn-Feng beliefs and psychological well-being can be conceptualized as a formative construct, and Yuarn-Feng beliefs was positively correlated with psychological well-being. Implication for future research was discussed.
