本研究主要在探究實施高中生涯規劃課程,在課程安排、教師專業性、教學內容、課程主題等相關因素對於高中生在生涯規劃課程投入程度、評估課程重要性或性別上的差異,進行探討。
問卷回收總計239份有效問卷,進行SPSS分析。研究過程呈現不同背景變項(性別、投入程度等)
對於生涯課程規劃在師資、課程、重要性上的顯著差異,以了解生涯規劃課程的實施狀況,結果
發現:(一)學生對於課程時間的安排,偏好安排於高一下實施進行;(二) 學生對生涯規劃課程重要性評估程度受到課程主題的影響;(三)學生對生涯規劃課程的投入程度受到需求滿足的影響;(四) 整體滿意度的知覺會受到教師專業度、課程內容以及對課程瞭解度相關因素影響。依據上述結果進行研究討論,提出教學、行政與未來研究上之相關建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research was to design a career program for high school students and to investigate the effects of the career program on high school students. This study assesses 239 student’s evaluation of career program in high school. The result revealed that:(A)Students prefer the time at the first year in senior high school, (B) The importance of program was affected by the topics of program, (c) The level of student’s involvement was influenced by fulfilling the need or not, (d) the quality of satisfaction was influenced by the teacher’s professional, the realization of program and the program context. The study's limitations, directions for research, and implications for practice are discussed. Recommendations for research, practice and people working with this population are also provided
