本研究探討以雷射表面被覆技術自製之含矽不錯鋼及市售AISI310不錯鋼的高溫氧化性質。藉由不同含矽量之不錯鋼的高溫氧化性質研究以了解矽元素在高溫氧化過程中扮演的角色。在700°C及900°C之0.5大氣壓氧氣的環境中,以熱重分析儀量翻材料之重量隨時間變化曲線,做為氧化動力學的參考。另外,在7000e及9000e之一大氣壓的空氣中進行恆溫氧化,觀察試片表面在144小時氧化後的氧化物形態與結構。

英文摘要

Laser surface cladding technique was employed to produce silicon containing stainless steels on carbon steels. Their high temperature oxidation behaviors, along with AISI 310 stainless steels, were explored. The effect of silicon on high temverature oxidation resistance was also investigated. Thermal-gravimetric measurements were conducted in an atmosphere of 0.5 atm oxygen partial pressure at 700°C and 900°C for oxidation kinetics analyses. The structure and morphology of oxides formed on the specimens oxidized isothermally at 700°C and 900°C, respectively, in 1 atm air were also examined in this study.
