圍內優生高性能混凝土(HighPerformance Concrete, HPC)考慮的重點包括安全、經濟、工作、 生態及耐久等性能,尤其是在耐久性之考量上,皆要符合美國混擬士學會ACI318-95允許混凝土添加←作嵐材料之規範精神。本研究係以本土化材料及應用緻密配比法,添加飛灰、爐石等←作嵐材料與強塑劑,由水膠比(Waterto binder ratio, W/B)與水固比(Water to solid ratio, W/S)等影響HPC 中長期耐久性指標,檢測硬固HPC之電阻係數、電量及滲透性等方式,綜合評估HPC之防蝕性能。研究結果指出,由耐久性指標及各種檢測方式可快速叉準確的評估及驗證出HPC具有防蝕特性,此顯示HPC可適用於具有腐蝕之慮的海邊及港灣工程或硫酸鹽侵蝕之深基礎工程。

英文摘要

The local high performance concrete is made to meet five criteria of safety, economy, workability, ecology and durability. Especially, the durability has to conform with the specification of ACI 318-95 in which the addition of pozzolan is allowed in the concrete. In this research, based on the densified mixture design nalgorithm the concrete was made by local material' including fly ash, slag and superplasticizer. The water to binder ratio (W/B) and water to solid ratio (W/S) affect the mid-term and long-term durability. Due to the W/S,W/B, the electrical resistivity, chloride penetration and water permeability, the performance of anti-corrosion of HPC can be tested and confirmed. Therefore, it is helpful for the foundation of offshore structures, and harbor contructions where severe sulfate attack is suspected.
