本文簡單回顧了近年來皇太合金氫脆的研究工作,其中分別對氫在皇太合金中的行為,影響皇太合金氫脆的因素如溫度、氫含量、應力狀態、微結構等作了整理分析;同時介紹目前已被提出的相關氫引發裂縫成長機制,並對各機制之立論基礎與爭議的部分作一簡單的討論。

英文摘要

The present work reviewed studies of hydrogen embrittlement in titanium alloys. Some factors that affect the hydrogen embrittlement ,such as temperature, hydrogen content, stress state, and microstructure were discussed. At the same time, the mechanisms of hydrogen- induced crack growth in titanium alloys were critically reviewed, and some controversial problems of the mechanisms were pointed out and discussed.
