本研究主要在於探討:1.學習型學校的理念與實施策略;2.國民中小學補校發展成為學習型補校需要學習解決的內部問題;3.解決補校內部問題的組織學習與發展策略。就第一個目的的結果而言,學習型組織理論是學習型學校重要的理論基礎,而學習型學校的實施策略有四大層面。就第二個目的而言,國民中小學補校所要解決的內部問題包括:1.現行補校教材多適用於青少年兒童學習,卻不適用於成人學習;2.補校教師多半未受成人教育專業訓練,缺乏有關成人教學方法與技巧;3.評量方式缺乏彈性而且流於形式;4.社區資源不足方面的問題;5.補校學生輟學問題愈益嚴重,學生中途流失愈來愈多;6.補校招生日漸困難,部份地區補校根本招不到學生,或者招生不足,無法開班;7.教師面臨知識不足的問題。就第三個目的的結果而言,補校的發展策略有三大層面,即是個人學習、團隊學習以及組織學習的策略。而組織學習發展策略則包括:1.加強行銷策略;2.發展多元評量策略;3.改進教師教學策略;4.運用社區資源策略;5.克服學習障礙策略;6.學習編撰教材策略。

英文摘要

The goal of this research is to explore following questions: 1. The rationale and implementation strategies of the learning schools 2. The infrastructures problems in face of transforming the supplement school into the learning supplement school. 3. Finding the ways of the resolution of the problem in the organizational learning and the strategies developing within the supplement school. In the first objective, theory of the learning organization were the learning schools important rationale foundation. The implementation strategies of the learning schools included four dimensions. For the second objective, the infrastructures problems of supplement school required to settle including: 1. Up to data, the teaching material, which is suite for child, but not for adult. 2. The majority of teachers in supplement school haven't taken the professional training of adult education. They are lacking in method and skill for instructing adult. 3. The method of evaluation is inflexible and formalized. 4. There are insufficient community resources. 5. It is more and more students' dropout in number. 6. It is harder and harder to enroll students. In some area, the supplement schools fail to recruit student, or too few students to open class. 7. The teachers of the supplement school are unqualified. For the third objective, there were two dimensions of organizational learning strategy that are personal and team learning strategies. The strategies developing including the points below: 1. Enforcement of marketing strategy 2. Development of multiple evaluation strategy 3. Improvement of teaching strategy 4. Making use of community resources 5. Surmounting the learning barriers 6. Learning to choose and compose teaching material.
