中文摘要

矯正教育的推動以人格輔導、品德教育及知識技能傳授為主要目標,並強化學生之社會適應力。本文主要是以感化教育受處分人為收容對象之矯正學校為研對象,在兼融教育理念及行刑感化目的之下,期經由學校教育之推動,以矯正青少年不良習性,促使改過自新,適應社會生活,成為「幸福的人」。本文旨在提討矯正學校教育之課程發展與設計之現況,及其未來之展望,以做為學校發展特色之依據,並據以提供相關單位課程設計時之參考。即期望經由學校教育,學生態養成良好之生活習慣,以增進矯正學校學生之生活適應能力。故在課程設計上:智能方面,使學生有再學習的意願與能力;道德方面,增養學生對自己行為負責之觀念;情感方面,與生活相結合,讓學生對自己生活中的點點滴滴付出關心;群體方面,增養學生感恩的心;體能方面,重視體能訓練,輔以體育知識、道德,以養成學生健康的身心與遵守規範之習慣;技能方面,就學生之職業性向,施以技能訓練,期學生態獲一技之長、取得丙級以上之職業證照,以利其出校後之就業。為實現此教育目標,矯正學校辦學宜「用教育開導-重言教」、「用環境誘導-重境教」、「用行動倡導-重身教」、與「用神輔導-重心教」,據以啟發學生心中的「愛」與對未來生涯發展的「希望」。

英文摘要

The purposes of correctional school are helping students correct their aberration, teaching students moral and knowledge and strengthening their adjustability of life.This study was to explore the curriculums development and design in correctional school nowadays and the possible trend for the use as curriculums development and design reference. We hope the students could improve their behavior through those designed curriculums, forming a better habit and strengthen their adjustability.For those approaches, the correctional school should take the followings as rules --- through education as words, through environment as vision, through action as example, through counseling and assistance as love. As those rules to design curriculums, the students would enlighten their lave and their promise of future.
