以田口式實驗計劃法,針對電鍍液濃度、電流密度、電極距離及陰極素材表面粗糙度等四項有機溶液電鍍鋁之重要影響參數進行實驗規劃。實驗結果顯示,四項參數均對電鍍品質之電流效率、鍍層厚度、鍍層均勻性均互有影響。綜合各因素的影響作用,於本研究之因素水準範圍內,以高電流效率、鍍層厚度、厚度均勻性為電鍍品質要求目標時,最佳之電鍍參數組合為:乙苯-50%w/o AlBr3電鍍液成分、10mA/cm^2電流密度、1cm電極距離、320號砂紙研磨之陰極素材表面粗糙度。
The effects of four important electroplating parameters, namely, electrolyte concentration in the plating bath, current density of electrodes, electrodes distance, and the surface roughness of cathode were investigated by Taguchi Method experimental design. The results indicated that the current efficiency, the thickness of plating-layer, and the homogeneity of plating-layer were related and affected by these parameters. Under the electroplating requirements of high cathode efficiency, plating thickness and homogeneity, the optimum plating conditions in this study were the combination of bath composition of ethylbenzene-50% w/o AlBr3, currentdensity of 10 mA/cm^2, electrodes distance of 1cm and the specimen of ground to 320 mech SiC emery paper.
