一般在轉子動力學模擬分析時,都將連續體的基座,在軸承-基座接點處,視為獨立支撐,而不考慮基座支撐之間交互影響效應。但交互影響效應可能不小,若不考慮交互影響,有可能會造成模擬的不準確。本文將虛擬模態振形法更進一步延伸,將基座支撐含有交互影響的頻率響應函數轉換成空間模型的慣性、阻尼、勁度矩陣,使其能夠達到涵蓋較大頻率範圍之精確度。本文以Bachschmid 等人使用之MODIAROT 轉子系統模型為例,驗證本方法的可行性,並比較有無交互影響效應之差異。
In most analyses of rotor-bearing systems with continuous foundations, the cross interaction of the foundation supports are not considered, in which the individual supports are regarded as independent supports. The simulation of the rotor-bearingfoundation may not be accurate, if the effects of cross interaction of the foundation supports are ignored. The pseudo mode shape method, proposed by the authors, is extended to cover the scope of continuous foundations, in which the frequency response functions with cross interaction effects are converted to obtain the equivalent inertia, damping, and stiffness matrices. The model of MODIAROT system of Bachschmid et al. is used in this paper to validate the feasibility of the method. The comparison of the results with and without the effects of cross interaction of the foundation supports is given.
