本論文主要探討圓盤狀光阻結構之厚度和填充率對於熱整形後光阻輪廓之影響，同時也將討論圓形底部微透鏡陣列結構參數和排列方式對於面型藍光有機發光元件效率之影響。
英文摘要
In this paper, the influence of the thickness and fill factor of photoresist disks on their morphology after thermal reflow will be studied. Besides, the influence of the arrangement and parameters of microlens arrays on the efficiency improvement of a planar, blue OLED will be investigated.
