本研究探討中小企業高階經理人的社會網絡與組織層級社會網絡(策略聯盟)、企業創業精神及企業績效之間的關係,並驗證策略聯盟特性及企業創業精神對經理人社會網絡與企業績效間關係的中介效果。本研究以132份問卷進行實證分析,結果發現:(1)高階經理人的社會網絡與聯盟數量、夥伴間的信任及企業創業精神間有正向關係;(2)聯盟夥伴間的信任與企業績效有正向關 係;(3)企業的創業精神在經理人社會網絡與企業績效間關係是重要的中介變 數。本文最後提出管理意涵與未來研究建議
This study explores the effects of individual-level social networks of senior executives on organizational-level social networks (strategic alliance), business entrepreneurship, and business performance of SME. We also verifY the mediate effect of strategic alliance and business entrepreneurship on the relationship between social networks of senior executives and business performance. A total of 132 effective questionnaires were returned. Our summary results are as follows: (1)there are positive relationships between social network of senior executive and the numbers of alliances, trnst among partuers and business entrepreneurship, (2) the relationship between trnst among partuers with business performance is positiv, (3) the business entrepreneurship of SME is the important mediator of the relationship between social networks of senior executives and business performance. Further, the authors discuss the managerial implications and suggest for future research about these results.
