本研究係以地景災害管理及視覺化模擬爲出發點,利用三維地形建構、影像貼附及三維地覆模擬等3D-GIS技術,進行九九峰地區震災前後之大面積3D地景模擬。首先透過數值高程模型建構九九峰地區三維地形,再套疊經自然色處理之SPOT衛星影像,以呈現較真實的地景表面,並輔以衛星影像判釋之地覆資料及電子地圖之地物資料,進行3D地景模擬。其結果除可供虛擬展示、空間資訊查詢及動態飛行模擬外,更可作爲決策者地景災害管理及後續規劃分析之參考。
Based on the disaster management and visualization on landscape, this study used the 3D-GIS techniques, including 3D terrain construction, image draping and 3D land cover simulation, to visualize large-scale 3D landscape at the pre- and post-quake Jou-Jou Mountain area. The first procedure is to construct 3D terrain using Digital Elevation Model coupled with foreshortening method, and then overlaid it with the SPOT satellite image that was transformed into natural color. In order to represent more realistic scene, the 3D land covers obtained from satellite images and electric maps were rendered and placed on the 3D terrain surface. Using 3D-GIS techniques, the simulated result can provide not only for virsualization, spatial information query and animation, but also for the references of disaster management and further planning on landscape.
