大旗村地層滑動區，於2008年7月13日下午發生大面積之地層滑動，崩塌土體造成長旗農路道路中斷、河道阻塞、流向改變，並影響聚落之安全。爲避免發生二次災害及崩塌擴大，各權責單位立即進行包含裂縫填補、臨時土袋溝、坡面覆蓋帆布、坡趾穩定、電塔塔基保護等緊急措施。目前已歷經2008年辛樂克等共5個颱風，並量測地表變位共4次，顯示災害並未持續擴大，初步判定緊急處理措施業已發揮保護坡面及穩定坡趾之功效，本文期以此案例之緊急處理經驗，作爲類似災害緊急處理之參考。

Owing to the landslide disaster in Dachi Village on July 13 2008, the safety of the village was threatened by the sediment of landslide. It includes the obstruction of the Zhang-Chi Road, the block of the main stream and the alteration of the stream flow direction. To avoid the following collapse and disaster, some emergency treatments-filling cracks around the slope top, constructing provisional soil-bag ditch, building the slope toe and setting up power tower base protection works of the control area-were done by the government rapidly. After four times field slope displacement survey, the scale of the disaster doesn't increase, especially the slope have kept still under stable situation after 5heavy typhoons have happened last year. The emergency treatments already showed the benefit to remedy the disaster of the landslide. This paper aims to represent the procedures of these emergency treatments that can be as the reference of the similar disaster in the future.
