本研究旨在探討大學生親水能力認知與技能之現況,透過自編問卷「大學生親水能力現況之調查問卷」為工具進行問卷調查,以雲林地區公立大學大一、大二學生為研究對象,總計寄發1100份問卷,有效回收問卷944份,回收率為86%。研究結果發現:一、大學生學習游泳階段以國小中低年級最多;游泳能力等級從完全不會到能漂浮者佔38.9%,能連游15公尺者僅佔22.5%。二、大學生有規律運動習慣者佔31.1%,對參與游泳社團意願僅佔15.9%;參與水域運動同伴以朋友和家人親戚居多;水域運動資訊則以老師教導為重要來源;最想從事的水域運動前三項依序為浮潛、衝浪和水中體適能。三、回溯過往,男大學生在小學及國中階段接觸游泳比例較高,並能體會成功的親水經驗;女大學生則多在高中及大學之後接觸,對游泳喜愛程度相較於男性有顯著落差。綜合以上結果發現,提出重要之結論與建議:一、大學生親水能力普遍不佳,與政策之理想成果差距甚大。二、不同性別游泳學習環境皆以學校游泳課程為主,並以老師教導為重,在教育上應重視優質親水環境的形塑與整備,並特別關注女學生學習游泳的時機與興趣,此等亦應在學校課程及相關政策上多予關注並鼎力推動。

英文摘要

Purpose: This research is for the purpose of discussing the cognition and the skill of the university students' water-accessible ability, and the current status and the perspective on their participating in the aquatic sports. Methods: This research uses a questionnaire survey to collect the data. The objects of the research are from the freshmen to sophomores in public universities as a sample. There are 1, 100 questionnaires set out. The effective questionnaires are 944, the effective rate is 86%. Results: 1. Most of the university students learned how to swim when they were in the first or the second grade in the elementary school. 2. The students who completely cannot swim and who can float are 38.9%. The students who can swim 15M are 22.5%. 3. The wish to participate in the swimming club is not high. They are only 15.9%. 4. Friends and family members who are the students' swimming companies are the majority in participating in the aquatic sports. The information about the aquatic sports is mainly from their teachers. 5. Gender difference in swimming loving is very apparent. Male students have more opportunities to learn how to swim in the elementary school and in the junior high school. The female students learn it after junior high school or university. Conclusion: The university students' water-accessible ability are not well, this result doesn't accord with Ministry of Education's ideal achievement. The environment to swim is constrained. Having a good qualified water-accessible environment is good for all. We need a policy to benefit the environment.
