本研究之目的在於比較不同背景變項之國小巧固球選手知覺教練家長式領導行為之差異。研究對象為參加高雄市97年度體促會校際巧固球聯賽之男、女選手共120人,以「國小選手知覺教練家長式領導行為量表」進行填答,再依所得資料,以單因子變異數分析及薛費氏法等方法進行統計分析。研究結果發現:一、國小巧固球選手知覺教練家長式領導行為依序為才德領導、仁慈領導及威權領導。二、在性別方面,男性巧固球選手,在仁慈領導及才德領導二構面知覺高於女性選手。三、不同年級國小巧固球選手在威權領導、仁慈領導及才德領導知覺並無差異。最後並依研究結果提出建議,作為日後教練帶領巧固球團隊之參考。

英文摘要

This research aims to discuss the elementary school tchouk-ball athletes' awareness of different paternalistic leadership behavior in the coaches. The target group was the 120 players who attended the Tschouk-ball Tournament in KaoHsiung 2008. The target group was to fill out the questionnaires about paternalistic leadership of the coaches, and the data from the surveys were analyzed using ANOVA and Scheffe's Method. The results were as follow: 1. Paternalistic leadership behaviors of the coaches that have been recognized by the target group include moral leadership, benevolence leadership, and authoritarianism leadership. 2. There was significant difference between male and female target group under moral leadership and benevolence leadership. 3. There was no significant difference between different grade levels of the target group under moral leadership, benevolence leadership, or authoritarianism leadership. Lastly, according to the result of this study, tchouk coaches may use for reference in training and competitions.
