本研究旨在探討大型輪胎維修人員在有無使用氣動板手輔具和有無使用輪胎搬運輔具,以
及不同作業姿勢(站姿及跪姿)對於心搏率、握力下降百分比、主觀施力知覺(RPE)、主觀
偏好之輕鬆排序、以及主觀偏好之實用排序的效應。共有八位受試者參與實驗,研究結果顯示
維修人員在有使用大型氣動板手輔具從事作業時,其心搏率平均值與握力下降百分比均較無使
用輔具者來得低;有無使用輪胎搬運輔具則對於受試者從事大型輪胎搬運作業時,生理成本的
降低無顯著效應;不同作業姿勢則以跪姿且使用氣動板手輔具時之作業較佳;主觀偏好之輕鬆
排序與實用排序之結果顯示受試者採跪姿且使用氣動板手輔具與輪胎搬運輔具時之作業組合為
最佳,然考慮跪姿可能會引起膝關節半月狀軟骨病變,所以建議改採站姿為佳。

英文摘要

This study aims to investigate whether the use of pneumatic impact wrenches and tire dollies, as well as different operating positions (standing and kneeling), affect the heart rate, percentage of
decline in grip strength, rating of perceived exertion (RPE), subjective rankings for work ease, and the effects of subjective rankings for work practicality, in heavy tire maintenance personnel A total of eight subjects participated in the experiment The results show that, for maintenance personnel who used large pneumatic wrenches, both heart rate and percentage of decline in average grip strength were much lower than those working without the use of assistive devicesA There were no significant physiological cost savings associated with the use of tire dollies during large tire handling operations As for different operating positions, the kneeling position together with the use of pneumatic wrenches was shown to be better The subjective rankings for work ease, as well as the effects of the subjective rankings for work practicality, show that the use of pneumatic wrenches with tire dollies, combined with a kneeling position, provided optimal conditions Yet since the kneeling position may lead to knee cartilage and meniscus injuries, it is recommended that heavy tire maintenance workers switch to a standing work posture.
