本研究以製造業為研究對象,探討個人安全控制知覺對其安全行為及工作意外之影響效
果,並說明安全文化在其間所扮演的調節效果。本研究採用問卷調查的方式收集資料,受測者
為台灣製造業公司之現場員工以及管理階層,合計有效回收共873份資料。研究結果發現:(1)
控制知覺能顯著預測安全行為和工作意外(輕傷)。(2)安全文化會調節控制知覺對安全行為的影
響。最後,根據本研究結果進一步討論並且說明研究限制、未來研究方向以及實務意涵。

英文摘要

This study examines workplace safety climate in the manufacturing industry, to explore the effects of employee perceived safety control on their safety behavior and workplace injuries, and explain the mediating role of the safety culture climate. This study used a survey estionnaire to collect data from employees and management of manufacturing companies in Taiwan, for a total effective sample size of 873 surveysA The results
showed: (1) employee perceived safety control can significantly predict the safety behavior climate and occupational accidents (slight injuries)A (2) The safety culture climate will mediate the effects of perceived control on safety behaviorA Finally, we discuss and explain the study's limitations, and practical implications of the research results, with proposals for future research directionsm.
