本文主要在討論僕人式領導的緣起、內涵與特質及其對國小教師班級經營的啟示。文中提到僕人式領導是一種以部屬為中心的領導方式，領導者樂於傾聽、具有同理心，是走入部屬心靈深處並幫助其成長的利他領導特質，而僕人式領導最主要的精神就是始於服務。最後本文由學生學習效果、班級常規表現、班級氣氛營造、班級人際關係等四個方面闡述僕人式領導對國小教師班級經營的啟示。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the meanings and characteristics of servant leadership, and it’s enlightenment to classroom management for elementary teachers. This article stresses that servant leadership is a kind of subordinate-centered leadership; the leaders are willing to listern with empathy and to step into subordinates‘ heart to help their growth. Altruism is an important trait of servant leadership because its‘ main spirit is to serve. At the end, it describes the enlightenment of servant leadership for elementary teachers to four aspects of classroom management: student learning, regular class performance, classroom climate, and class rapport.
