本研究以文獻分析、文件分析及訪談法,探究國民小學實施夜光天使點燈計畫之辦理歷程、實施成效與困境,並以夜光國小等五個特優據點之相關人員、縣市承辦人及訪視委員等共七位人員為主要訪談對象。本研究發現,申辦據點的領導者、教師與家長對夜光天使點燈計畫皆抱持正向支持;績優的申辦據點在課程規劃上秉持多元原則,以提升孩子學習成效、學習自信等進行規劃。最後,本研究歸納夜光天使點燈計畫五項實施成效與六項實施困境,並提出五項建議,以供相關單位參考。

英文摘要

This research was conducted with document analysis, semi-structured interviews as well as literature reviews to examine how Night Angel Illumination Program initiated by Ministry of Education, R.O.C. Planned respondents are the ones in charge of the program in every night angel center, and this research plans to explore the process of program, analysis of curriculum and their characteristics of Night Angel Illumination Program then summarize the effectiveness of its implementation and dilemmas.In this research we found that the leaders of night angel centers, teachers and representative of parents all showed their positive support for this program. Schools also follow the principle of pluralism when planning curriculum in order to enhance the effectiveness of students learning, learning self-confidence planning. At last, the research sums up some results and difficulties of implementation based on the interview materials. Based on the results of this research, five suggestions for educational administration agencies, night angel center and future study are proposed.
