本文透過社會學衝突理論與布迪厄(Pierre Bourdieu)的場域(Field)觀點，將博物館場域與文化資本之間的競爭關係清楚解剖，並且逐一解開博物館的各項衝突點，如空間展示塑造的權力衝突、文化與性別詮釋的衝突、展覽品來源合法性的衝突等，說明博物館這個合法的文化霸權之真實情況，也凸顯了博物館本身的脆弱性，讓讀者清楚了解披上文化外衣的博物館，其實是一個暗藏文化矛盾的場域，也是社會文化矛盾的投影，本文冀望透過衝突論的解剖，能夠激發讀者思索一個雙贏的策略，使博物館的運作更貼近社會大眾的需求。

Through conflict theory of sociology and from the viewpoint of field of Pierre Bourdieu, this text will dissect clearly the competitive relationship between museum field and cultural capital, and untie every conflict point of museum one by one; such as power struggles which the space show molds, conflict of an annotation for culture and gender, and conflict of legitimacy for exhibits source, etc. The text explains the true condition of this legal culture hegemony in the museum and highlights museum's own fragility too, so that readers can clearly understand that museum, which puts on the coat of culture, is in fact a field that hides the cultural contradiction and is the projection of the social cultural contradiction too. This text hopes to pass the
dissection of the conflict theory and so can stimulate readers to consider a win-win strategy, in order to make the operation of the museum press close to the people's demand even more.
