中文摘要

隨著工作場所在經濟、社會及性別組成等因素的變化,使得近年來組織中戀情的發生,有日益普遍的趨勢。組織中戀情關係值得關注的重要性,在於其影響所及不只是雙方當事人,包括同事、工作團隊,甚至整體組織。本文主要從理論觀點,探討以下四項研究問題:第一,組織中戀情關係的前因為何?什麼因素會促使或阻礙戀情關係的形成?第二,組織中戀情關係的權力動態為何?戀情關係有那些類型?戀情如何隨時間發展?第三,組織中戀情關係可以採用那管理的行動?有那些干預的方式?那些因素會影響管理者做決策?為有效回答上述問的本文建立初步的分析架構,並提出進一步的研究命題,希望透過較周延和系統性的探究,能提供未來此方面研究的基礎。

英文摘要

Economic, social and demographic changes in the workplace have created an environment conductive workplace romance. For a variety of reasons it demonstrates that workplace romance is a topic on which much theoretical study is needed. Romantic relationships in organizations have critical work-related implications for the participants, coworkers, supervisors, and the organization as a whole. There are four principal research questions in the study: 1.What are the antecedents of romantic relationships in organization, or what factors contribute to or inhibit their formation? 2.What are the dynamics of romantic relationships in organizations, or what types of romances occur and how do they evolve over time? 3.What are the consequences of romantic relationships in organizations, and what factors influence their impact? 4.what are the managerial actions to be considered regarding romantic relationships in organizations? This question is divided into parts: a. What kinds of policies, if any, do organizations establish about romantic relationships in general, and what factors influence whether a policy is established? b. What kinds of responses, if any, do managers make to specific romantic relationships that occur within organizational boundaries, and what factors influence the choice of response? Based on these information and impact factors, an analytical framework of workplace romance is established along with a series of testable propositions to direct and facilitate future research on romantic organizational behavior.
