It is the first priority of flight safety to avoid or minimize the possibility of aircraft accident;however, risk is always inevitably happened as long as an aircraft took off. Therefore, a so-called “Defensive Safety,” which aims at the minimization of casualty or effective evacuation procedure, plays a leading role in aviation safety.Cabin safety issue, part of defensive safety studies,is present in current research which includes the studies on aviation safety from the following viewpoints: survivability category, possible affective factor of evacuation, civil aviation regulation toward the design of aircraft emergency evacuation, and its limitations in practical scenarios.
