本計畫由行動生活之住、行、育、樂等需求出發，深入探究國際發展趨勢，結合行動服務位
置、個人化、多樣化終端之特性，研發具國際競爭力之行動定位、行動影音分享、行動學習、行
動服務安全、服務導向終端等關鍵技術，與產業合作推動全球領先之無線城市基礎建設、促成智
慧聯網電視、Wi-Fi Tag、WiMAX行動終端、有聲電子書、幼教伴侶機器人等先期產品，並推動行動導覽、行動影音創作分享、影音互動學習等創新服務國內試煉，促成瑞軒、系微等廠商跨入全球首創之Google TV產品與Android Netbook應用市集服務領域，厚植台灣資通訊產業之技術實力並藉由科技化服務保障居家與公共安全、縮弭數位落差，帶動台灣行動內容服務產值達新台幣977億元，為台灣產業由硬體設計製造走向高附加價值解決方案與服務奠定完整之基礎。

Based on the needs of mobile life, and the trend of global industry, we identified various critical techniques for mobile services on digital life and for service-oriented devices, which will be developed and
consequently can be helpful to build novel system-driven or service-driven applications. In addition, the proposing innovative service models based on the “End-to-End” scheme can not only benefit the industries of
service operators and end-user devices, but also can vertically integrate the capabilities of device manufacturers and mobile service providers; therefore complete the industrial ecosystems of wireless city. In
this project, we focus on the developments of the emerging mobile applications related to language-learning, monitoring/surveillance, multimedia streaming, and etc. In the end of the four-year project, via the development of enabling technologies, we have successfully created the market value of NTD 97 billions, and pave the way to promote the capability of Taiwan’s industry to provide the total solutions for the mobile internet services.
