中文摘要

初任教師導入是提升中小學教師專業素質的重要方法之一。本文旨在深入分析先進國家初任教師導入方案及其對我國之啟示,首先說明初任教師導入方案的意義與需求,其次探討英美紐日等陀在中小學教師導入教育所做的努力並整理歸納其實施特點,再者,說明我國目前在初任教師導入輔導推展的現況。最後提出建議,俾做為我國未來建構中小學初任教師導入方案之參酌。

英文摘要

Beginning teacher induction program is one of the most improtant tasks for omproving teacher professional quality. The purpose of this article is to explore the beginning teacher induction program and its implications for education in Taiwan. Firstly, it explains the meaning and need of beginning teacher induction program. Then, it discusses the contents of beginning teacher induction program in United State,United Kingdom, New Zealand, Japan and Taiwan. Finally, it provides some implications for beginning teacher induction in Taiwan.
